Ilgar Nuri was born in 1973 in Baku.
He received his higher education at the Azerbaijan Technical University in the field of "Information Technologies (IT)" and graduated from the university with honors in 1995.
Ilgar Nuri joined Veyseloglu Group of Companies in 1997. During his career, he performed the duties of an IT specialist, Internal Control, Financial Advisor, Head of the Business Support Department created within the framework of corporate management reforms.
Ilgar Nuri played an active role in implementing various innovative projects in the Group of Companies. Under the leadership of Ilgar Nuri, who created the automatic accounting system, the Group of Companies switched to an automated accounting system. Ilgar Nuri led the corporate governance implementation project together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and developed the Company's corporate governance implementation project together with IFC.
Ilgar Nuri was also the head of the implementation of LOGO and the automated Warehouse Management System (WMS), directly participated in the establishment of the cooperation of the Veyseloglu Group of Companies with the EBRD (2006) and DEG (2016-2017), the establishment of the IFRS accounting system in the company (2009-2011), together with "Deloitte Turkiye", he led the creation of financial structure according to international standards.
His participation in finance, audit, corporate management and evaluation trainings has boosted his professional career.
