Launched in 2016, Khoncha Factory is a national brand in confectionery. The factory currently has a section in 111 stores of the Araz supermarket chain.
After constructing an unprecedented production plant in 2019, it began operations for producing, storing and selling all products in frozen form. Thus, the Khoncha Factory could supply all types of frozen bread, buns and cakes.
The establishment of the factory aims to ensure standard quality and hygiene by combining quality in one center in all sales areas of the company. For this purpose, the production of products within the markets was stopped, and only the production of centralized frozen and baked products was achieved.
The factory's product list includes various fragrant bread, buns, cakes and sweets of Eastern and European cuisine, packaged finished products. In addition, for the first time in the Azerbaijani market, the production and sale of "gluten-free" and "Milfoy" products are associated with the name of "Khoncha" Factory.
The products provided by Khoncha Factory as frozen semi-finished products are prepared in the store via the fermentation process and presented to customers.
The "Khoncha" Factory was awarded a Food Safety Management System certificate (ISO 22000:2018) by the Swiss International Certification Body SGS Ltd (https://www.sgs.com/en).
At the "Khoncha" Factory, the food safety management system was implemented to produce leavened and unleavened flour-confectionery and bakery products, including cakes and national sweets.
