Sanubar Nazarova began working at Veysəloğlu Group of Companies in January 2025 as a Department Head and currently serves as the Director of Central Corporate Communications.
She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Relations from Khazar University between 1994 and 2000. In 2009, she participated in the Swiss Federal Government Program on International Law and Human Rights in Geneva and was selected as a winner of the Swiss Leadership Program. From 2013 to 2018, she was a PhD candidate at the Institute of Law and Human Rights of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
With financial support from BP Azerbaijan, she successfully completed the Project Management program at the George Washington University School of Business in 2017–2018.
Her professional career began in 1998 as an Office Manager. Since then, she has held leadership roles in Public Relations at organizations such as UNHCR, Oxfam GB, the Embassies of Japan and Switzerland in Azerbaijan, SOCAR, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, and Azerbaijan Railways (ADY).
