More than 50 new multi-temperature trucks, which "AVT Logistics" company is preparing to put into use, will reduce the distance traveled on central roads.
Switching to these vehicles will save 128,741 kilometers per month. The group will achieve this by having the opportunity to transport food products that require transportation at different temperatures in the same vehicle.
Thus, the number of vehicles moving to one point during the day to transport the orders of "OBA", "Araz" stores, as well as "Veyseloglu Distribution" customers will decrease by 3, 2 and 1, respectively.
Veyseloglu Group of Companies will be able to reduce carbon emissions released into the atmosphere by 290 thousand kg per month and 3.5 million kg per year as a result of this innovation.
90 vehicles in circulation at the Logistics Center have been decommissioned and are being replaced by new multi-temperature vehicles.
It should be noted that "AVT Logistics" vehicles cover 64,000 kilometers every day and deliver goods to customers at 4,500 points in Azerbaijan.
