Group of Companies aims to contribute to reducing carbon emissions with 63 new multi-temperature trucks
According to the agreement between Veyseloglu Group of Companies, and "Gorica Group", an international company, 63 multi-temperature trucks with a capacity of 5 and 11 tons were purchased. Because of these cars, products that need to be transported at different temperatures can be transported in a single trip, which reduces the distance traveled on the roads, and therefore the carbon emissions released into the atmosphere.
The agreement between the companies was signed by Aydın Talibov, founder of Veyseloglu Group of Companies, and Ivan Fornazaric, owner of "Gorica" Group.
"For us, this cooperation is not only a matter of business, but also an investment in environmental protection to contribute to the sustainable development goals of our country. "We are trying to support the reforms related to the commitment to speed up the "green economic" transformation of the state," said Aydin Talibov.
As a result of the use of these vehicles, it is predicted that 130,000 kilometers will be saved per month. As a result of the innovation, the Veyseloglu Group of Companies aims to reduce the carbon emissions released into the atmosphere by 290 thousand kg per month, and approximately 3.5 million kg per year.
It should be noted that our vehicles travel 64,000 kilometers every day and deliver products to customers at 4,500 points in Azerbaijan.
